Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Program (Mini Version)

This Mini Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Program includes the following:

  • Creation of customized sales role based on analysis of sales position covered under this agreement, which includes the custom organizational, marketplace, and culture criteria of CLIENT
  • Creation of targeted sales ads for candidate search to attract the largest possible pool of right-fitting candidates
  • Limited placement of targeted sales ads for candidate search
  • Provide 120 days access to customized, role specific, sales-specific, and company/culture-specific assessment for each candidate to complete a knockout round
  • Provide 120 days access to a private candidate portal (holding tank) with candidate data and report access for client to view throughout the process
  • Provide candidate reports for all Recommended candidates through this project
  • Candidate reports will clearly state recommendation for placement based on role
  • Candidate report will clearly state candidate’s sales skills and competencies
  • Conduct Recommended candidate telephone screens and objectively score candidates for qualification to next step interview
  • Provide data to client to conduct next step interviews
  • Assist client with data for final candidate selection
  • Provide client with a full candidate coaching/development/management playbook for new hire
  • Provide onboarding coaching session to new hire
  • Track new hire progress and provide 6 month replacement guarantee

Scope of Project and Statement of Work:

This one (1) person recruitment engagement includes the following deliverables:

Align Strategic will use its best efforts to

1)  Help  CLIENT identify the ideal role specification for the sales role it wishes to fill: One (1) Salesperson.

2) Creation of customized sales role based on analysis of sales position covered under this agreement including the selling role, custom organizational, marketplace, and culture criteria of CLIENT.

 3)  Provide  CLIENT with unlimited screens to test (knock-out) all candidates who apply using the Guaranteed Sales Hire sales assessment. All candidates will be screened through this process, regardless of how they enter the recruitment stream. This process will be tailored to the  CLIENT's position listed above to help  CLIENT identify, attract, filter, interview, select, hire, on-board and retain top sales talent.

 4) Creation of targeted sales ads for candidate search to attract the largest possible pool of right-fitting candidates

 5) Limited placement of targeted sales ads for candidate search

 6) Conducting knockout round with a customized, role specific, sales-specific, and company/culture-specific assessment for each candidate in each role as specified

 7) Provide candidate reports for all candidates, regardless of how they enter recruiting stream.

  1. Candidate reports will clearly state recommendation for placement based on role
  2. Candidate report will clearly state candidate’s sales skills and competencies

 8) Conduct candidate telephone screens and objectively score each candidate

 9) Provide data to client to conduct next step interviews

 10) Assist client with narrowing candidate selection to finalists

 11) Assist client with the final candidate selection

 12) Provide client with a full candidate coaching/development/management playbook for new hire

 13) Provide onboarding assistance and coaching for the new hire

 14) Track new hire progress and provide 6 month guarantee

 Timeline: 5-8 weeks

We expect to present the first vetted candidates within 5 weeks and to complete the project within 8 weeks from completion of the role analysis.
