Scheduled coaching sessions: One scheduled session per week with unlimited phone and email support.

Phone Support: Need a sounding board? Sometimes you just need to talk an issue through with someone who gets you and knows business. Phone support is the place where you can brainstorm, complain, and strategize. You create the agenda and initiate the conversation.

Email: Do you need some quick insights and input on a matter? Send me an email and we'll together to get the matter settled.

Expertise: You've got a project underway or are developing a new initiative and you need some unbiased feedback and insight. Send me the PowerPoint, presentation, spreadsheet, speech, copy, agenda or whatever and I'll review it. Based on my analysis, you'll receive insights, ideas, suggestions, and advice to increase your probability of success.

Management & Leadership Mentoring: Struggling with a board member, owner, executive, or manager? Loop me in on the situation and I will walk you through a framework for handling it. Alternatively, if we can use our coaching session to work directly with the person/people involved in the issue until it's resolved.
