3-Hire Unlimited Screen OMG Sales Assessment License

Align Strategic and will provide customer with unlimited use of the OMG License to hire up to two (2) sales positions for up to two fully customized sales roles (SDR/Inside Sales, AE/Sales/BDR, Sales Manager, Sales Leader/VP Sales/CSO/CRO). The license will remain active for a period of twelve (12) months or until customer hires two (2) sales positions, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Customer will receive a free upgrade to a full sales evaluation / sales playbook for each one of the up to two (2) sales hires.

OMG® Guarantee – OMG will provide a replacement seat (details at http://omgqlink.com/guarantee) for an OMG recommended hire that does not perform to your expectations within the first 6 months of the date of hire as long as customer has an active license in place. We cannot make any guarantee for candidates that you hire that are not recommended by our process.

Objective Management Group Candidate Assessment License to which this registration is associated will expire when the number of positions stated on the license have been filled or the expiration date has been reached, whichever occurs first. The Product is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of your existing sales personnel already employed at customer’s company.

License will expire twelve (12) months from purchase date OR when customer has hired two (2) candidate who was assessed using this service, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.

Requesting an Upgrade (a full Evaluation report for a candidate) will be taken as an indication that the candidate has been hired, and may trigger the early expiration of this License. License is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of existing sales personnel already employed by or otherwise engaged with customer.

OMG reserves the right to immediately terminate services without reimbursement if, in its sole judgement, (a) services are being used to hire more than two (2) candidates, (b) services are being used to assess existing sales personnel, or (c) services are being shared with individuals or organizations other than customer company.

If License expires and is renewed, Upgrades requested for candidates assessed during the previous License period will not count against the current period if (a) not all Upgrades were used in the previous period, and (b) the Upgrade is requested within 60 days of renewal.

If License expires and is not renewed, any remaining Upgrades must be used within 60 days.

The position count on this License may be increased within 30 days of the original purchase of this license. After such date, you may either (a) purchase an additional license, or (b) renew the license early after all positions are used.
