Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Program Renewal (Up to 3)

This up to three (3) seat renewal license for the Guaranteed Sales Hire Sales Recruitment Program includes the following deliverables:

Align Strategic will -

1) Help customer identify the ideal role specification(s) for the sales role(s)

2) Provide customer with a Guaranteed Sales Hire up to three-seat/three-hires renewal license with unlimited candidate screenings to test all sales candidates using the Guaranteed Sales Hire customized role specification used to hire up to three (3) salespeople

3) Provide customer with a free upgrade to full Salesperson Evaluation / Sales Playbook for up to three (3) sales hires

4) Provide customer with free upgrades to full Evaluations / Sales Playbooks for up to three (3) sales hires

Terms and Conditions:

Align Strategic will provide customer with unlimited use of the Guaranteed Sales Hire Renewal License for a period of 12 months or until customer hires three (3) sales hires, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. The renewal license will remain active for a period of 12 months or until customer hires three (3) sales hires, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Customer will receive a free upgrade to a full sales evaluation / sales playbook for each one of the up to three (3) sales hires.

Guaranteed Sales Hire Candidate Assessment Renewal License Services to which this registration is associated will expire when the number of positions stated on the renewal license have been filled or the expiration date has been reached, whichever occurs first. The Product is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of existing sales personnel already employed at customer’s company.

Renewal License will expire 12 months from purchase date OR when customer has hired three (3) candidate who were assessed using this service, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.

Requesting an Upgrade (a full Evaluation report for a candidate) will be taken as an indication that the candidate has been hired, and may trigger the early expiration of this Renewal License. Renewal License is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of existing sales personnel already employed by or otherwise engaged with customer.

Guaranteed Sales Hire reserves the right to immediately terminate services without reimbursement if, in its sole judgement, (a) services are being used to hire more than three (3) candidates, (b) services are being used to assess existing sales personnel, or (c) services are being shared with individuals or organizations other than customer company.

If Renewal License expires and is not renewed, any remaining Upgrades must be used within 60 days.

The position count on Renewal License may be increased within 30 days of the original purchase of this license. After such date, you may either (a) purchase an additional license, or (b) renew the license early after all positions are used.
