Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Proposal (Small Business)

The Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Program includes the following:

  • Creation of customized sales role based on analysis of sales position covered under this agreement as well as the custom organizational, marketplace, and culture criteria of CLIENT
  • Creation of targeted sales ads for candidate search to attract the largest possible pool of right-fitting candidates
  • Assist client with placement of targeted ads for maximum candidate pull through
  • Search/Headhunting to targeted candidates within our Candidate Pool Database
  • Conducting multiple knockout rounds with a customized , role specific, sales-specific, and company/culture-specific assessment for each candidate
  • Provide candidate reports for all Recommended candidates
  • Candidate reports will clearly state recommendation for placement based on role
  • Candidate report will clearly state candidate’s sales skills and competencies
  • Assist client with candidate telephone screens and objectively score each candidate
  • Assist client with interviews and objective scoring of each candidate
  • Assist client with data for final candidate selection
  • Provide client with a full candidate coaching/development/management playbook for new sales hire
  • Track new hire progress and provide replacement candidates - 6 month replacement  guarantee

Scope of Project and Statement of Work:

This one (1) person recruitment engagement includes the following deliverables:

Align Strategic will use its best efforts to

1)  Help CLIENT identify the ideal role specification for the sales role it wishes to fill: One (1) Salesperson.

2)   Creation of customized sales role based on thorough analysis of each position covered under this agreement as well as the custom organizational, marketplace, and culture criteria of  CLIENT.

3)  Provide  CLIENT with unlimited screens to test (knock-out) all candidates who apply using the Guaranteed Sales Hire sales assessment customized for  CLIENT. All candidates will be screened through this process, regardless of how they enter the recruitment stream. This process will be tailored to the  CLIENT position listed above to help  CLIENT identify, attract, filter, interview, select, hire, on-board and retain a Guaranteed Sales Hire.

4) Creation of targeted sales ads for candidate search to attract the largest possible pool of right-fitting candidates

5) Advise on placement of targeted ads for maximum candidate pull through

6) Search/Headhunting to targeted candidates within our Candidate Pool

7) Conducting multiple knockout rounds with a customized , role specific, sales-specific, and company/culture-specific assessment for each candidate in each role as specified

8) Provide candidate reports for all candidates, regardless of how they enter recruiting stream.

  1. Candidate reports will clearly state recommendation for placement based on role
  2. Candidate report will clearly state candidate’s sales skills and competencies

9) Assist client with conducting candidate telephone screens and objectively score each candidate

10) Assist client on candidate interviews and provide methodology to objectively score candidates

11) Narrow candidate selection to finalists list

12) Assist client with the final candidate selection based on objective hiring criterion

13) Provide client with a full candidate coaching/development/management playbook for new hire

14) Track new hire progress and provide replacement candidates - 6 month replacement  guarantee

Timeline: 5-8 weeks

We expect to present the candidates within 2 weeks and to complete the project within 8 weeks from completion of the role analysis.
