This fifteen (15) seat license for the Guaranteed Sales Hire Sales Assessment license includes the following deliverables:
Align Strategic will -

4) Provide customer with free upgrades to full Evaluations / Sales Playbooks for up to fifteen (15) sales hires, and

Align Strategic will provide customer with unlimited use of the Guaranteed Sales Hire License to hire up to fifteen (15) salespeople. The license will remain active for a period of 12 months or until customer hires fifteen (15), WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Customer will receive a free upgrade to a full sales evaluation / sales playbook for each one of the up to fifteen (15) sales hires.
Guaranteed Sales Hire Guarantee – Align Strategic will provide a replacement seat for a Guaranteed Sales Hire recommended hire that does not perform to our agreed-upon expectations within the first 6 months of the date of hire. We cannot make any guarantee for candidates that you hire that are not recommended by our process.
Guaranteed Sales Hire Candidate Assessment License Services to which this registration is associated will expire when the number of positions stated on the license have been filled or the expiration date has been reached, whichever occurs first. The Product is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of existing sales personnel already employed at customer’s company.
License will expire 12 months from purchase date OR when customer has hired fifteen (15) candidates who were assessed using this service, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
Requesting an Upgrade (a full Evaluation report for a candidate) will be taken as an indication that the candidate has been hired, and may trigger the early expiration of this License. License is for the purpose of testing candidates for sales positions only, and the payment for this service does not include testing of existing sales personnel already employed by or otherwise engaged with customer.
If a Recommended salesperson you hire doesn’t perform to expectations in the first 6 months, that hire won’t count against the number of salespeople your license agreement provides. Your hired candidate must have been Recommended. Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the candidate’s hiring date. Your license must still be active (renewed if necessary) at the time the claim is submitted. If your license was deactivated before its expiration date because you filled all positions, it will be reactivated and its expiration will be extended by the amount of time left in the term.
Guaranteed Sales Hire reserves the right to immediately terminate services without reimbursement if, in its sole judgement, (a) services are being used to hire more than fifteen (15) candidates, (b) services are being used to assess existing sales personnel, or (c) services are being shared with individuals or organizations other than customer company.
If License expires and is renewed, upgrades requested for candidates assessed during the previous License period will not count against the current period if (a) not all Upgrades were used in the previous period, and (b) the Upgrade is requested within 60 days of renewal.
If License expires and is not renewed, any remaining upgrades must be used within 60 days.
The position count on this License may be increased within 30 days of the original purchase of this license. After such date, you may either (a) purchase an additional license, or (b) renew the license early after all positions are used.
While we make great efforts to ensure maximum availability of our systems, occasional circumstances within and outside of our control could result in our services being unavailable. No guarantees are made regarding the availability of our systems, and you agree to hold us harmless for any consequential losses or damages resulting from our systems being unavailable.
