Digital Hands Recruitment Proposal

This Turnkey Guaranteed Sales Hire Recruitment Program includes the following:

o   Creation of customized sales roles based on thorough analysis of each position covered under this agreement as well as the custom organizational, marketplace, and culture criteria of Digital Hands

o   Creation of ideal candidate job description for search purposes

o   Creation of targeted sales ads for candidate search to attract the largest possible pool of right-fitting candidates

o   Placement of targeted ads for maximum candidate pull through

o   Extensive Search/Headhunting to targeted candidates within our National Candidate Pool

o   Conducting multiple knockout rounds with a customized , role specific, sales-specific, and company/culture-specific assessment for each candidate in each role as specified

o   Creation and access to a private candidate portal (holding tank) with candidate data and report access for client to view throughout the process

o   Provide candidate simulator for client to analyze skills and competencies of various candidates for final selection purposes

o   Provide candidate reports for all candidates, regardless of how they enter recruiting stream

o   Candidate reports will clearly state recommendation for placement based on role

o   Candidate report will clearly state candidate’s sales skills and competencies

o   Conduct candidate telephone screens and objectively score each candidate

o   Conduct first interviews and objectively score each candidate based on role

o   Conducting second interviews for finalists

o   Assist client with the final candidate selection

o   Provide client with a full candidate coaching/development/management playbook for each new hire

o   Provide 90 days of onboarding assistance and coaching for each of the six hires

o   Track new hire progress and provide replacement candidates - 6 month replacement  guarantee

Scope of Project and Statement of Work:

This six (6) person recruitment engagement includes the following deliverables:

Align Strategic will use its best efforts to

1)  Help Digital Hands identify the ideal role specification(s) for the sales role(s) it wishes to fill: One (1) Director of Channels – West; and five (5) Channel Sales Executives.

2) Provide Digital Hands with unlimited screens to test (knock-out) all candidates who apply using the Guaranteed Sales Hire sales assessment. All candidates will be screened through this process, regardless of how they enter the recruitment stream. This process will be tailored to each of the Digital Hands positions listed above to help identify, attract, filter, interview, select, hire, on-board and retain top sales talent.

Timeline: 5-8 weeks

We expect to present the first fully vetted final candidates within 5 weeks and to complete the project within 8 weeks from completion of the role analysis.
