Hi Everyone, We introduced a few important changes to OMGโs Sales Candidate Assessments and wanted to let you know. There are two new competencies โ Reaches Decision Makers and Negotiator, which provide more information. They donโt impact the recommendations in any way. They are also not represented among the 21 Sales Core Competencies. We transitioned from Sales Quotient (0-173) to Sales Percentile (0-100) to make the overall score more intuitive. An elite salesperson, who had a Sales Quotient of 140 or higher has a Sales Percentile score of 94 or higher. Please let everyone on your team know about these changes.
